Differentiate or Die –A marketing concept based on the idea that we are now in a 2.0 world.  Clients can access information instantly and are no longer beholden to agents, loan officers and so on because they hold the keys to the gate.  Success in the 2.0 world is based on what an agent (or anyone who runs a small business) can bring to the transaction.  In other words, what level of expertise do you exhibit that makes you stand out as indispensible to your clients.  (Also sometimes expressed as a question:What’s your Unique Selling Proposition?)
